Welcome to the Corset Method. This is a method I’ve designed fully for new moms and moms-to-be. This is a program here to support you on this journey, whether you’re new to pregnancy and postpartum, or you’ve done it before but feel like you’ve never ‘recovered’ your core and pelvic floor. This is a method that WORKS. Not only does it help with healing the abdominal separation, diastisis recti, but it also helps you get back to integrating, connecting and firing up your core. I’m proud to say that my core is stronger post-baby than it was pre-baby. After my C-section in 2018 with my first son, I went on this learning adventure to educate myself about the core, diastisis recti, and all of these things. Everything I share with you in this program is the result of my own personal practice and things I’ve done that worked. You don’t need anything outside of this! You will learn diaphragmatic breathing, core integration and connection in everyday life, intentional toning and strengthening of the core, as well as how to avoid creating/worsening an injury based diastisis recti. Most importantly, you will learn how to be stronger than ever before, on the inside and out.
