The series is for complete beginners and for those who want to deepen their practice and uncover their body's unlimited possibilities. This series builds a solid foundation to the practice of yoga, with breathwork, locks and other integral fundamentals. The classes are designed to be done consecutively, with a rest on the seventh day.
