Your range of motion is entirely dependent on what you do everyday, and your nervous system's "brakes" on what it deems unsafe or unfamiliar. Through this series, we learn simple movements that are fully coordinated with our breath, so we can sweetly guide our bodies to increase functional flexibility.
This series is for all-levels, and is gentle enough for beginners.
