30 Days to Splits Intro
30 Days to Splits • 1m 25s
30 Days to Splits program is designed to teach your body the tools for a safe and strong splits practice.
It is never too late to learn how to do the splits. It's all about consistency, supporting our flexibility with equal strength and active mobility.
This program consists of 9 classes, with the 10th day taking a complete rest. I recommend repeating the program every 10 days for a month (doing each class 3 times in total). However, if the series is making you sore, I recommend listening to your body first and foremost, and taking rests when needed. Try to keep a daily consistency, doing the more gentle classes or the restorative ones on days that your body needs something softer.
This program will NOT lead you to doing a split in 30 days! Don't force anything. It just prepares your body for the knowledge, techniques, strength and range of motion required for a sustainable splits practice that feels GOOD. Allow your body to take its time... there is no rush. Let your body surprise you :)
